All hotel bookings must be guaranteed by total night deposit payment upon registration.
You will be responsible for payment of all extra charges (or balance) at check out at the hotel.

All reservation modifications and cancellations have to be submitted in writing to the PCO secretariat (361 Ltd. - Zagreb) by fax. +385 1 2431 478 or by email accommodation@eacmfs2012.com

Please note a handling fee of € 50.00 will be charged for every modification and/or cancellation made to your hotel reservation after 15 May.

All changes are subject to the availability and at the discretion of the hotel. The PCO Secretariat (c/o 361 Ltd. - Zagreb) reserves the right to accept or refuse a change, based on the hotel’s availability.

In the event that changes are not made in strict compliance with the cancellation policy below, you will be directly and fully responsible for all fees and/or charges imposed. For any modifications of the original reservation, the PCO Secretariat (361 Ltd. - Zagreb) reserves the right to apply the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations received before 30 June 2012: handling fee of € 50.00 will be charged
  • Cancellations received from 1 July to 25 August 2012: the first night deposit will be retained
  • Cancellations received after 25 August and/or no-shows: 100% penalty (full stay) will apply and will be charged on your credit card.
