Abstract Submission

The abstract submission is now open!

Abstract submission is available only via online submission form. In the online abstract submission form you will be able to choose the topic and the preferred way of presenting your paper - oral or poster. Abstracts should be up to 350 words long.

All abstract submitters whose abstract will be accepted (oral or poster) must register by 02 July 2012 in order to present at the congress. In the online abstract submission form you will be able to choose the topic and the preferred way of presenting your paper - oral or poster.

This abstract submission is not final and you are able to edit your abstract until the abstract submission deadline 18 May 2012.

If you need to withdraw your abstract, a written statement reflecting the reasons for this decision must be sent to: info@eacmfs2012.com, no later than 1 June 2012.

After the Submission
The reviewers will judge the abstracts according to the relevance to EACMFS XXI Congress 2012, standard of English, objectivity of statements, description of what was done, suitability of methods to aims, conclusions confirmed by objective results, ethics, scientific value, potential clinical value, originality of work and overall impression.

The submitting authors will be notified by 19 June 2012, at the email address provided during submission, whether their abstract has been accepted. It is the author’s responsibility to ensure that emails from EACMFS can reach them. They will be informed at the same time about the date, time and form of their presentation.

Abstract editing

If you have submitted your abstract(s) prior to 02 January and you'd like to edit your submitted abstract to do so, please follow these steps:

Go to www.depol.eventastiq.com/
Sign in with your credentials (e-mail and password you used when signed in for the first time)
Now you should be able to see all your submitted abstracts
Next to each submission, there is an „Edit submission“ button
Edit you abstract
Don't forget to save changes

Editing options will be available until 18 May 2012 (Midnight CET) when abstract submission closes.

Publication Policy
All abstracts accepted for presentation (oral or poster) will be published on the official website of the congress.

Presentation of Abstracts
Abstracts can be accepted either as e-poster or oral communication.
Full presentation guidelines will be included in the acceptance letter and posted on the congress website.
